Color therapy, or chromotherapy, is the method of treating ailments through the use of olor. The idea is that our bodies ‘feed’ on certain colors of light within the visible spectrum of natural light, and that each of these Colors represents a certain function within the body.

Orange can increase social confidence, pleasure and well-being. Orange may give you increased mental energy and stimulate you.
Red is even more stimulating than orange. Can promote feelings of confidence and power.
Purple is strongly associated with spirituality, creativity and inspiration.
Pink promotes relaxation and reduced aggression.
