ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed before 12pm PST are typically shipped out the same business day. Any orders placed after 12 pm PST will ship the following day. This includes shipments with expedited shipping. If you are rushed for your shipment, please email us at info@curatorsf.com and or call 1.877.217.4216. We’ve been known to move heaven and earth for customers to receive their goods on time, so please do reach out!

Each order is subject to product availability. We’ve watched many inventory management webinars and put forth our best efforts not to oversell, but it can happen. In the event that your product is sold out we will notify you immediately. Customer service will work with you on a refund, substitution or even locating our clothing at another retailer.

SHIPPING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information. Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once packages have been shipped and delivered to the correct address we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to info@curatorsf.com. Please note we cannot replace goods that show successfully delivered to your inputted address. We will help work with a carrier if a package goes into the Bermuda triangle and cannot be located.

Please note that our default shipper is USPS. Signature is not required. If you have special circumstances at your location please include this in your note. We are able to require signatures and ship Fedex when needed. Free shipping on orders of $100 qualifies you for ground shipping on USPS in the USA. Free shipping does apply to international orders. If you need to expediate an order additional shipping will be charged.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING METHODS

USPS PRIORITY MAIL – All weights and sizes delivers 1-3 days after processing

USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL – Up to 13 oz delivers 1-3 days after processing

FEDEX HOME DELIVERY – All weights and sizes delivers up to 5 days after processing

IN STORE PICKUP –

We love this option! Our default pickup in our 1767 Church Street location. If you would like to pick up at 1173 Valencia please include a note with your order. Please note this selection could delay the package by 24 hours.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We use USPS & DHL to ship internationally. We charge a flat rate of $35.00. We are not responsible for customer or duties assigned upon arrival. We do not pay return shipping on international orders and customs and duties are non refundable.

If you live in Canada and would like a custom shipping quote, please contact us at info@curatorsf.com. We can likely ship your package for less than our current $35.00 rate.

SALES TAX

Orders being shipped and billed to addresses within California are charged 8.5% sales tax.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer free returns for clothing purchases over $100.00. Items in unworn, new condition with tags attached. Please return within 14 days of your receipt of order. Clothing items marked final sale in product page are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Curator reserves the right to refuse the right to deny any return if it does not meet our policy requirements.

Apothecary items are not valid for returns or exchanges. This includes all Bath & Body and Fragrance.  Undergarments and swimwear are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If you would like to exchange or return items, please ensure the item(s) returned are in unworn, perfect condition.

1.   Please fill out “RETURN REASON” on the packing slip included with the original shipment and place in box

2.   Email info@curatorsf.com about the return or exchange. We will email you a USPS shipping label via email to print and affix to order. Please try to use original packing materials in the return for our dear mother earth.

Expect to hear from us on or before 3 days after receiving your return at our warehouse. Returns and exchanges will be processed 48 hours after receiving the return. Any questions please email returns@curatorsf.com

GIFTS

We love the art of gift giving! Please drop us a note if you are sending a gift and will make sure not to include an invoice without prices in the box! We can write greeting notes to recipients as well.

RETURNING GIFTS

We are happy to make return arrangements for any item received as a gift. We can issue store credit that you can shop with once you set up an account on our site. Unfortunately we cannot refund gifts to anyone but the original purchaser.

SALE ITEMS

There are NO refunds on sale items. You may however exchange sizes or opt for store credit. Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Items that are not originally on sale and purchased with a promotional code are refundable. Sign up for our newsletter to receive news for on these promotions. We cannot reissue a promotional code once a discounted item has been returned. All promotional codes are valid during a certain time window, unless otherwise specified.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT

Go to “Create A New Account” on the page and click “Create Account” Follow the prompts with shipping and personal details. Create a username and password. You also have the option to opt-in to our mailing list to receive updates on special promotions and events at curatorsf.com. If you forget your password you can go to my account to retrieve it. An email will be issued and prompt you to reset your password.
